Denilson was withdrawn during the 3-0 win over Aston Villa and hs missed the last two Arsenal fixtures. "He will have a test tomorrow [Monday]," said Arsène Wenger after the West Ham match. "And on Tuesday if he is fit he will be available for the game [against Bolton] on Wednesday."
I don't know how long Walcott will be out for because he has a rib injury and they are always difficult to predict. Last time he had it on the right and this time it is on the left. Last time he was out for nearly a month. We hope that this time it will be much shorter."
Andrey missed the FA Cup match at Portsmouth but should be available for the Bolton game. "Arshavin should be available for Wednesday but he had a foot problem," explained Arsène Wenger."
Nicklas underwent surgery in November and is now around two weeks away from making his comeback.
"Bendtner had a hernia surgery and should be back from that already but he had a groin problem as well," said Wenger on December 29. "The groin problem looks to last longer so they [the medical staff] say to me it will be three weeks."
Cesc Fabregas suffered a recurrence of his hamstring injury during Arsenal's 3-0 win over Aston Villa on December 27. "Cesc is [out for] 10 days," said Wenger. "It can be 12. Let's say the only question mark we have is does he make Everton or not [on January 9]."
Kieran has had surgery on an ankle injury sustained in the 2-0 win over Standard Liege. He is expected to be out for another two months. According to Arsène Wenger, the surgery went well. "Kieran is doing very well," said the Frenchman on December 3. "I had him on the phone and it [his ankle] looked to be completely fine."
Johan suffered a knee injury while on international duty in August and faces a lengthy lay-off. “Johan is [out for] six to eight months,” Wenger said on November 9. “He had big surgery, and it is a big blow for him and the Club. He will have to be patient this season.”
Gael (back) is still short of full fitness. "Gael Clichy is better but it will be three weeks before he comes back," said Wenger on December 18.
Robin Van Persie
The striker was injured during Holland's friendly against Italy in November and, after an initial diagnosis suggested he would be out for six weeks, it was discovered that the 26-year-old would need to undergo surgery. During a webchat with Arsenal.com the manager revealed that though the surgery went well, Van Persie will miss the majority of the rest of this season. "If you are very positive you would say [he'll be back in] April," said the Frenchman. "If you're a bit cautious you say May. It is virtually the rest of the season."
